Yellow weather warning for ice issued

The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for ice for Wednesday which covers the whole of the Scottish Borders.

Warning area covers the whole of the Borders, the Central Belt and much of England and Wales

Warning runs from midnight tonight to 10am on Wednesday morning

Rain showers overnight will be followed by clear skies and freezing temperatures

Risk of ice on untreated surfaces
